I'm currently a Technical Architect at Her Majesty's Government Digital Service. Formerly I was BT's Chief Web Services Architect, W3C Advisory Committee representative, and member of Osmosoft. I'm a co-founder of SolderPad co-founder of OSHUG, and am mildly notorious for a set of doodles collectively known as The Web is Agreement.

I hail from Saltburn-by-the-Sea but now reside in Berkhamsted, England with my wife Lucy, and three teenage children.
