Hugo questions how does flickr's interstingness ranking work?. My guess it's statistical-magical by which I mean may not work best with only a few views and comments, might not be updated very often and possibly includes other undisclosed factors, such as the number of different commenters, your relationship with each commenter, rate at which comments are applied, length of comments, number of notes, Google's ranking, how widely shared is the picture, and what-not. Given you can't seem to see other peoples' most popular / interesting photos (why?), here are mine. Not too random. Actually not random enough on the subject matter for my liking :)
